Strengths is that it will enhance the accessability of course information and will help teachers be able to assess students on-line with self correcting quizes. The easiest would be setting goals, it's just following through with them. The follow through is the hardest for me and I am always working on that. The hardest would be having confidence in myself as a competent, effective learner.
